Initial interview including intake questionnaire, listing of challenges, medical history, symptoms, analysis of physical function by body system and initial recommendations.
We’ll agree on follow-up consultation and coaching after the initial recommendations are completed. This could take up to 2 weeks.
Nutritional, physical, spiritual, emotional and relationship elements are included.
One-time cost: $250
Monthly Check-in & Counseling
Report on changes (physical, emotional, mental), fine-tune initial recommendations and review improving physical condition and needs, particularly if pharmaceutical drugs are involved.
Hourly cost: $75

Our goal as holistic health coaches is to improve your quality of life -- not just by addressing short-term or chronic symptoms, but also by addressing the root causes of ailments. The goal is to heal the components of your life that are resulting in discomfort, imbalance or disharmony. A good idea is to commit to a six-month or 12-month plan of coaching to ensure you’re giving success in a chance to settle in permanently.
