What is

Transformational Breath Work

What is breath work, let alone transformational breath work? Breath work is ancient and has been around as long as humans. The breath can be used to accomplish so many things, from changing our emotions and moods to having positive health impacts on our bodies and minds. 

Breath work has always been a powerful medicine and has been used by aboriginal and tribal cultures for centuries to tap into their personal power, health benefits, to help them make important decisions and simply to relax.

Intentional

Transformational breath work is conscious, connected breathing with the intention to make alterations and changes at a subconscious level.

Through guided breath work we can work to reprogram old belief systems, clear blockages and bad habits that do not serve us or our higher purpose and bring in new, fresh, empowering beliefs, philosophies and programs.  Breath work will work differently for each of us, touching and opening us up in our own unique way moving us forward in our journey of self discovery.

Transformation

Breath work can be intense, enjoyable, uncomfortable and even blissful; all at that the same time sometimes! It is something to take into consideration; this modality is not for everyone and should be carefully considered before practicing a full journey. There are some contraindications to consider: cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures, severe asthma, pregnancy, or severe psychiatric or mental issues should be taken into consideration and even potentially discussed with a physician prior to exercising a full transformation breath work journey.
