FREE Breath Work Journeys

As part of my certification process I am required to do practice journeys with friends, family and clients. This is for a limited period of time and is a first come first serve basis for in-person group journeys. Please review all of the information below BEFORE you submit your registration for a space.
These practice journeys will be done both in-person and via Zoom. 
I am required to record these practice sessions and turn them in as assignments.

Some things to keep in mind so that you have the best experience possible are  to not eat at least 2 to 3 hours prior, drink water but not too much, especially right before starting, come with an intention of what you want to let go of in your life that is no longer serving you, and what low vibrational habit or circumstance you would like to transform into a high vibrational habit or circumstance.

Breath work can be intense, enjoyable, uncomfortable and even blissful; all at that the same time sometimes! It is something to take into consideration; this modality is not for everyone and should be carefully considered before practicing a full journey. There are some contraindications to consider: cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy, or seizures, severe asthma, pregnancy, or severe psychiatric or mental issues should be taken into consideration and even potentially discussed with a physician prior to exercising a full transformation breath work journey.

Please “arrive” early to the zoom meeting as the meeting will be closed at about 5 minutes after the hour. There are 2 "scream" releases in this journey; if you will be doing this journey somewhere that someone may hear you, you might want to let them know, also you can keep a pillow close by to grab when the scream release comes.

Online journeys are best experienced via headphones if you have them.
